(1) The Government of Nepal shall publish the notice that the Building Code has been implemented in the Nepal Gazette for public information.
(2) After the publication of the notice according to sub-section (1), the person who wants to get a copy of the building code can get a copy of the building code from the Urban Development Office by paying the prescribed fee.
